Child and Youth Protection Policy

Lazy Surfers Co., Ltd. operates its services with the utmost priority on the safety of children and youth. The following policy applies to all services provided by Lazy Surfers

Article 1. Objectives of the Child and Youth Protection Policy

The company aims to protect children and youth from harmful environments, both mentally and physically, while fostering a healthy service usage environment. To achieve this, we comply with the Youth Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy.

Article 2. Access Restrictions and Management Measures for Children and Youth

To provide services suitable for children and youth, the company implements the following management measures:

  1. Age Restriction for Service Use Marina Protocol is available only to adults aged 18 or older. This is clearly stated in our terms of service and operational policies, and access by minors is strictly restricted.

  2. Reporting System and Sanctions Harmful content related to youth is immediately blocked and sanctioned through our reporting system. Users can report child safety concerns within the app via email (contact@marina-protocol.com) or through an in-app reporting form. All reports are promptly reviewed and addressed.

  3. Compliance with Relevant Laws and Reporting The app complies with all relevant child safety laws, and any violations are promptly reported to local or national authorities.

Article 3. Training for Staff on Child and Youth Protection

The company provides education for child protection officers and service managers on topics such as:

  • Relevant laws on youth protection and child safety.

  • Standards for sanctions.

  • Procedures for responding to harmful information.

  • Reporting processes for violations.
